• Your appointment is important to us, so please arrive on time. Being punctual shows respect for our barbers' time and enables them to serve you and other clients with greater efficiency. If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, please call us at (872-267-0040) to reschedule your appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and do our best to accommodate your needs. However, it's essential to note that missed appointments will incur a charge to cover the cost of the time reserved for you.

• If you have a specific haircut or style in mind, bring a photo or inspiration to show our staff. This will help us understand your vision and work with you to achieve the desired result.

• Please note that cancellations made less than 6 business hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the original service fee. Additionally, appointments classified as a "No Call - No Show" will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fees. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will make every effort to be flexible and accommodate your needs. However, we also need to ensure that our staff is compensated for their time and expertise.
